Bluetooth Speaker:

An invention that makes changes in the portability of the music system. From Home Theater to Headphones, Bluetooth speakers make a pace to improve audio quality and compatibility.

Bluetooth speakers receive digital audio signals wirelessly by using Bluetooth protocol when paired with Bluetooth-enabled digital audio devices like Smart Phones, TV, Watch, etc. Bluetooth speakers accept digital audio via BT (Bluetooth) wireless transmission; covert it into an analog audio signal; amplify it, and convert it into sound same as it is done by normal speakers.

Bluetooth board:

As you already aware of Bluetooth technology. It is being achieved by using a Bluetooth board. You can find this circuit board within your mobile phone or any other Bluetooth-enabled device. This circuit board provides Bluetooth communication between two separate devices. Bluetooth is a form of radio communication where the frequency range lying between 2400 to 2483.5 MHz. Its range is approximately 10 meters. In upcoming days this range will be enhanced as per up gradation in their hardware.

Bluetooth circuit board contains fine-tune inductors to improve the reception and sending of information. This circuitry has several pins for Enabled, State, Power supply, and Communication as options. In this board, you also find multiple resistors, capacitors. Apart from these components, it has chips for voltage regulation, crystal-based clock are also present.

A Bluetooth speaker receives the signal from other Bluetooth devices, processes it, and delivers it to stereo/audio amplifier. Here ‘Bluetooth Boards’ are primarily used as a trans-receiver. It means that it can transmit as well as receive audio signals.

In nowadays these circuit boards are having some additional features like receiving phone calls, recognizing the human voice as a command etc.

Stereo amplifier: 

Basically an amplifier receives an input signal from a source and creates an enlarged amplitude or replica of the small input signal. In simple words, it provides a boost to the weak input signal. A stereo amplifier in a Bluetooth speaker is used for the same. It receives a weak or low-powered audio signal and delivers it to the speaker.

A stereo amplifier has several capacitors, power transistors or MOSFETS (Metal Oxide Semiconductors Field Effect Transistors), resistors, voltage regulator ICs and audio equalizers IC.

If a stereo amplifier handles high power output then its components size increases whereas low power handling reduce this circuit size. Nowadays these are built in very small size. With the advancement in technology, these amplifiers have become small, integrated, and more powerful.

Speaker:

It is the backbone of an audio system. The audio quality of the speaker provides ranking to ‘Bluetooth speaker’. There are multiple types of Bluetooth speakers present in the market. Some of them are given below:

Lithium-ion batteries:

Li-ion batteries provide power to many electronics devices like a wristwatch to satellites. Here these batteries are being used as a power supply source for portable Bluetooth speakers.  You need to charge these batteries for using your portable Bluetooth speaker.

A simple battery contains an anode, cathode, separator, electrolyte, and two current collectors. Here anode and cathode store the lithium. The electrolyte of the battery carries positively charged lithium ions from the anode to the cathode and vice versa through the separator. The life of these batteries depends on the quality of the used electrolyte and their electrode.
